How It Works.

Using Home Support Blocks from GO-IT Support is as easy as 1.2.3.  After you have purchased your desired amount of time, when you are in need of support give us a call or send an email or use the help desk.. We will provide you with the help you need. Once we have finished providing support we will disconnect from your computer or if it were just advice we will end the call, once done.  You will receive an email with your remaining time available.

Are there any contracts?

No, there are not, you pay for time. Any time you purchase will need to be used within 12 months.

Can I call you?

Yes, you can, although when you book a time slot we will make contact with you to arrange access to your PC or laptop to assist you.

Do You Support Hardware?

No we do not as we are a remote support provider. We will advise if we think your PC or Laptop needs a physical repair. We may offer a repair service in the near future. 

I have lost my data can you help?

GOIT Support can advise on how to backup data and use cloud storage to help mitigate disaters. If you have lost your data we can attempt to assist you, however depending on the situation you may need to use a professional data recovery service such as ONTRACK.

Can I get a refund?

We don’t offer refunds for used time. If you want to cancel your service after you have used a part of the service you will loose the the discount applied for buying a larger block. Refunds for unused time based on your time used been charged at the highest rate that is closest to your remaining time. Refunds are not given for software purchases.

Do you provide business support?

We do not provide business support. It is something that we may consider but for the moment we can refer you to some of our partners for business IT support.
